Bushies would love to rip off Sociel Security by privatizing it, but the voters won't let them get away with it. So instead they've doubled the price of gasoline and health care and are profitting richly off a huge needless war which they want to go on and on and on forever. The longer it goes the more money they make. Understand how they think?
