FROM THE IHUB BOARD BY FINAL4.

For those folks who have found their way to this board, you should know that that this company used to be run by some Latin Americans who frankly didn't know what they were doing. It was a pretty bad deal for all. Some on this board will even call it a scam, although in reality it was just a poor business model and bad management. The stock went from I think 50c to almost $6 then all the way back to about zero. I was in it back then and made a little bit, then got out when it was clear they were worse than clueless.

The company has recently though taken over by new leadership in Christian Turrini the new CEO and has a whole different business model. The old model was to build and sell phones using the CLYW ASNAP technology. The old management never followed through and frankly imo did some brother in law deals that never showed up. The new model is what they should have done from day 1 which is simply to license ASNAP and their new BlueBlaster tech (some of us even told them that). No manufacturing, almost no expenses, almost all revs go straight to the bottom line.

If you want to do DD on the company, you won't find much good in the old filings & news. If you are a serious investor, do what I did and call Mr. Turrini himself and ask all the questions you want. He's surely busy but very open and honest and impressive. Read the shareholder letter issued a few weeks ago.

IMO, they will be announcing the first of many licensing deals in the near future. Once they do one, many more will come quickly.

Some quick numbers - O/S is about 130MM shares. Safe to assume that 80% or more of revs will go to earnings. The licensing deals will not be one time fees, they will be long term annual payments.

At only $5mm annual rev ($4mm earnings), the pps at 25 p/e = 76c

$10mm revs = $1.52
$20mm revs = $3.50

I understand the old management turned down many licensing deals so I would not be surprised to see multiples of the above numbers. I fully expect this to be a $10 stock in time.
