Those calling for a counter claim against BCIT are disingenuous. If BCIT is seeking a Declaratory judgement to bring those parties that wrongfully sold fraudulent shares to judgement and to enfranchise legitimate investors who purchased "unwittingly" the fake shares why not cooperate and provide your answer to a simple summons????

Megasmail....

hope this might help some here:

hopefully once the `declaratory judgement` is in then everyone who paid
money for shares to brokers are enfranchised to demand physical
delivery of
the shares their contracts say they have.

A declaratory judgment is a judgment of a court in a civil case which declares the rights, duties, or obligations of each party in a dispute. A declaratory judgment is binding as to the duties, rights, obligations and status of the parties. However, a declaratory judgment does not order any action or result in any award of damages to any party to the case. Unlike an advisory opinion, a declaratory judgment requires an actual case or controversy.
