If I said I think it will rain tomorrow and you disagree, is that fear mongering? What if I said it will be sunny tomorrow and you disagree, would that be fear mongering?

Boy, I don't understand your logic here. Besides I have no interest in pushing my views onto someone else. What I do suggest is that the idea of "fear mongering" by the existing administration is becoming very tired in the eyes of Americans. It would be arrogant for me to assume I can change ideas here, but if the consensus in America is starting to change, the republicans would be wise to listen to that change. The last election is but a hint of what may be coming down the road if republicans shove their fear mongering onto a people who no longer buy it.

Now this is a tight line we go down. Obviously we want to remain on our guard, but if you mess with the "Rights" that have made this country so fantastic, then the terrorist win. Remember, by its very definition this war will go on forever.
