Mustard gas is useless as a terrorist weapon, espcially depleted mustard gas shells from the 80's. They are not WMD, they are trench warfare weapons used for clearing battlefields. Mustard gas is heavier than air and sinks. It does not disperse in the air. It goes right down to the bottom of any hole it can find. The Hannity and Santorum types who claimed Mustard Gas proves Saddam had WMD are shameless liars. You could give Al Qaida all the Mustard Gas in the world and they wouldn't have any use for it.
