NAND prices -- found in the Nano and Shuffle models of Apple's iPod line -- are forecast to rise 10 percent in the second quarter. Companies such as Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. (005930.KS: Quote, Profile , Research), Hynix Semiconductor Inc. (000660.KS: Quote, Profile , Research) and Micron Technology Inc. (MU.N: Quote, Profile , Research) are among the biggest makers of NAND.
