I agree completely. The future is too bright not to be a holder of VTOPF ...but if one is looking for short term gains, it will be way too unpredictable. One should expect wild volatility. I will continue to sit, wait, and watch.

I get to travel to Vietnam fairly often, the changes I see from trip to trip, are amazing. They are adding infrastructure at a very rapid pace. The people are so capable, motivated, and ready to improve their lot, they will enter the first world very quickly. Literacy in Vietnam is about 98%.
