Hi 1 eyed wonder...couldn't find post where someone said "Dallas-Maxim arrangements involved them actually purchasing chips from Ramtron like a common customer, albeit for resale under their own label". But if they are, and both they and Ramtron make profit, all the better for both.

I confirmed Maxim is buying chips for fabrication into their finished products, which Lee confirmed to me. But, then again, maybe I misunderstand your post....but, who knows maybe some day Maxim may become a fab for Ramtron custom products.
