I was thinking about the $90Billion supplemental for Iraq. It's higher than the total yearly GDP for all but about 50 countries in the world. For what, exactly?

Eventually Iraq will be what it will be. We can only delay the inevitable. And the inevitable probably is going to be pretty bad.
