If Chalabi has been replaced he was replaced by Cheney. I stand by my statement that Cheney's corrupt cronies, including Halliburton which physically operates the oilfields, controls the Iraqi oil and the Iraqi people are getting a very bad deal. Now there is a bill Bushies ar trying to stuff down the puppet government's throat (bribes galore I'm sure) that would give foreign oil companies control of the fields and pay Iraq only a modest commission. This is a huge-huge ripoff scheme and may have been the entire reason for invading Iraq in the first place. Of course Bushies will never admit this because it is one of the greatest crimes in modern history.

The fact that Chalabi is a convicted swindler and was Bush-Cheney's handpicked successor to Saddam also tells us a lot. The whole Bushie gangs are a bunch of white collar crooks playing hardball with our money and our troops. Who wins? They do, Iran and Al Qaida do, everyone else loses big-time.
