Bush's policies take from the poor and middleclass and give to the rich. Absolutely they do. That's the whole trickle-down system. You give it to the top people like the billionaire investor types and CEO's, then hopefully they spread the wealth.

The other main component of Bush's economic plan is massive over-spending, and the burden od debt repayment has been shifted more toward the middleclass.

Bush also fired one third of the IRA's lawyers respon sible for going after rich tax cheats even though bigtime tax cheating is at a record high.
