I'm afraid to say my eyes glaze over when I start reading this kind of accounting jargon, so I won't comment on the Schnack aspect at this point, but I do know that getting a predatory financier like Fusion off their backs is hugely positive. Trading Fusion for Sprott is a huge step up IMO.
