Not convinced expensive carbon fiber blades are necessary. Many firms find inexpensive glass fiber adequate for blades.

Zolt is also pretty expensive at 8x revenues and will need to raise cash for expansion.

Any thoughts about FPL? They own a dominant share of wind generating capacity in US (about 10B KmH) and the stock is very easy to buy.
