Lombard shows $28.75....the investors are better served being informed
and scared than uninformed and poor.

Something bad is happening here and the stock market is trying to tell
you that by the chart pattern. Every little up day is met with unrelentless
selling. Mutual funds and other institutions are dumping their positions,
corporate insiders are dumping, and the underwriters are gracefully
bowing out of the whole thing, leaving the little guy to hold the
bag.

I wouldn't be surprised if DLJ had a large position to unload and did so
by placing a BUY on the stock.

Do you think that scenario is one in which any sane person would BUY
Cymer stock?

I don't.
