Form 8-K for RG GLOBAL LIFESTYLES INC 27-Apr-2007 Change in Directors or Principal Officers ITEM 5.02 DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR PRINCIPAL OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL OFFICERS. (a) On April 24, 2007, Louis Knickerbocker, Company CEO and Chairman of the Board of Director passed away. (b) On April 24, 2007, the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Grant King as CEO of the Company, in addition to his previous and ongoing role as President of both of its Asian subsidiaries: Aquair Hong Kong Ltd, a company organized under the laws of Hong Kong, and Aquair Asia Company Limited, a company organized under the laws of Thailand. Mr. King will not receive any additional compensation in regards to this appointment.
