Elroy, there would be no kidnapping or rockets since the Israelis would give back all occupied lands. The reason they are retaining post 1967 lands is because of "security" - if we have a US base there providing the "security" the Pals will have their lands back and almost no more confrontation. All the tit-for-tat fighting is because of the occupation. That would get resolved if the US could assure Israel of its security.
