I thought the 15 grand was rediculous for such an egregious fraud. I know the current management wasn't to blame but ultimately the corporation, as owner, is responsible for their employees actions. I can only hope that the minor fine was because the company has been cooperating with the OSC and maybe even prompted the OSC to initiate the case against RK.

Its now obvious why a US listing was never attempted. If it was there would have been a class action when this came to light when the BOD changed.

When she's found guilty, is the punishment still burning at the stake <g> ?
