My take on new directors: Fox is the key research man. I think this is great to have a "backroom" person on the board for a change. Egide brings cosmetic manufacturing/imports experience, and "maybe" contacts as well, to the table.

Hydron Technologies, Inc. Appoints Two New Directors

BOCA RATON, Fla., Sept. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Hydron Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:HTEC) announced today that it accepted the resignations of two of its Directors, Joseph A. Caccamo and Nestor M.
