Anonymous email allegedly from “an angry soldier” debunked several places:
1. The orginal Angry Soldier apears to be untrue. Search icasualties.org using the dates 23 march through April 14th. I used those dates base on the orginal post date, 10 April and her statement ” three days ago I get a visit from two men in uniform who hand me a letter .” Only 3 Marines were killed during that time. Using Google search news stories relating to their names. You will find that: One Marine was unmarried One Marine already had his funeral prior to the orginal post. The orginal poster said the funeral still hadnt happened. The third marine died during the first month of his tour, the orginal poster claimed her husband died after he was extended, his eight month susiemadrak.com
and
democraticunderground.com
and ….based on the information she provided and that no one died that fits her description of her husband, its untrue. If she posted april 10th, and she says she was notified 3 days before that, April 7th, all you have to do is look up the offical dates of death for those 3 Marines. I did, you can too. Next compare each Marine that died to the story in her post. Staff Sgt. Marcus A. Golczynski, 30, of Lewisburg, Tenn., died March 27. Death release March 29th. this cant be her husband as she said she was notified Apri 7th. News release comes after notification of family. "The Tennessean's April 5 photograph of young Christian Golczynski accepting the American flag from Marine Lt. Col. Ric Thompson is one of the most moving and emotion provoking images I have ever seen. " his funeral already happened. he cant be the guy, period end of story. Pfc. Miguel A. Marcial III, 19, of Secaucus, N.J., died April 1 in Al Anbar province, Iraq. His death is currently under investigation. Date of news release April 3rd. "“He was only there a month. The whole thing is so shocking,'' he said." Cant be the guy the orginal poster said her husband was at the end of his tour and had been extended. Lance Cpl. Daniel R. Olsen, 20, of Eagan, Minn., died April 2 while conducting combat operations in Al Anbar province, Iraq. Olsen was assigned to 2nd Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, I Marine Expeditionary Force, Twentynine Palms, Calif. Date of news release April 3rd. "He first was deployed on Jan. 28, 2007. His parents last spoke with him by telephone last weekend." This guy was no where close to the end of his 7th month deployed. Not to mention the unit has not been extended. Those are the only guys killed during the dates that are even close to the posters claims. The next marine was killed until the 14th of April. Tell me where I am wrong. Every bit of info i used has been publically released. Its is all checkable. icasualties.org
