He gets some of the facts right, but he seems to think we need to be Spartans to survive. Hardly the case, I think.

The military guys who felt that Iraq was going to be very difficult have obviously left it way too late to comment forcefully, and they should have voted Bush out when they saw his moronic strategy (that assumes they weren't a part of it.)

I guess it is interesting to see how many people have now come around to the view of Iraq I had from the beginning, but it's so late in the game it kind of makes me sick. The waste has been too excessive. My patience for failure, and the folks who champion it, or are apologists for the people who created it, has run out.
