Jeannine, This is an ammendment to the original S-1 filed on Jan. 8, 1997. I have gone through the entire 100+ pages and most of the information is the same as the original with some distinct differences. The new doc covers every aspect of DCI as it stands today. It usually is filed for a couple of reasons. 1. A major change in the status of the company. ie buying, selling, merging with another company. 2. The possibilty of receiving a listing on a major exchange. I would venture a guess that this needed to be filed before the end of the quiet period. I would also say that this could spell out that the quiet period is going to end very soon. I would say that Joe Murphy has some very good news waiting in the wings<JMO>. I know that I'm ready for this to all be over, anybody else? LONG AND STRONG!!! GO DCTC!!!! Bruce
