Matrix research downgraded ARRS from strong buy; their customers overbought on the cheap last november. This signals investors to buy on dip(pull back). Triple play is sound business for cable operators. ARRS is researching into doubling data transfer by multiplexing on top of carrier frequencies? Also media ground station investment for data compression for media content and media support for cable content poor operators?
