Ameritrade's latest response if you are an Ameritrade acct holder:

Thank you for your correspondence dated April 24, 2007 regarding your
account held with TD AMERITRADE.

I understand from your correspondence that you have concerns regarding
the validity of the Bancorp International Group (BCIT) shares you
purchased or currently hold in your account.

I have included the information on your Bancorp International Group at
the bottom of the e-mail. Depending on the way your e-mail program
formats the page, it may be easier to copy and paste the information in
Excel or a word processing program. If you prefer, you can contact
client services and they can walk you through how to get this information
online.

As is the standard practice with orders placed through TD AMERITRADE,
we routed your orders for BCIT to an independent market center for
execution. Our records indicate that delivery for BCIT shares was made to
TD AMERITRADE upon trade settlement. Please note the BCIT shares
currently held in your account are registered in street name with you listed
as the beneficial owner, in the same manner as would normally be done
with equity purchases. Based upon the foregoing and the transfer
agent?s delivery of the shares, we believe that the shares of BCIT which you
purchased via the open market are valid.

Please understand that TD AMERITRADE cannot provide information or
direction with respect to the summons and complaint filed by Bancorp
International Group, Inc. You may wish to seek legal advice. The lawsuit
was filed by Bancorp International Group, Inc. and TD AMERITRADE cannot
comment on Bancorp?s lawsuit.

Sincerely,

Aaron Bliss
