Everyone will know Innovacon encoded video, because it will look like a brick wall with 256 blocks. Innovacon's approach to digital video is interesting - just divide the picture into 256 blocks because it will make the hardware simple. Who cares if the Innovacon blocks don't fit the picture being encoded? CUBE's approach is to form the encoding blocks based on the picture being encoded so as to minimize motion artifacts.
