I hope he has got his priorities on straight now. He had no business being at the basketball player meeting.

i know...

and i was pretty harsh in my criticism of him at the time of the crash, the speeding, the imperiousness of the reason for speeding, his stupidity in not buckling up....this particularly pissed me off since i was just very recently involved in a car crash as passenger as well....at least i wore my seatbelt, and my injuries were limited to the seatbelt and air bag deployment....bad as those were, at least i had a much better outcome, despite a much higher speed at the moment of the crash...

perhaps i am naive in seeing something in corzine that isn't really there, but i can tell you, a crash like that is a humbling experience....you feel just absolutely grateful to be alive, you realize the outcome could have been fatal, and frankly, it changes your perspective...

i hope corzine doesn't lose that, if it is real....it will make him a stronger and better person....

confronting your mortality in such a graphic way tends to do that to a person
