Liar. Mustard Gas is useless to terrorists. Both the UN and the Pentagon weapons inspectors knew about it and dismissed it as useless in terms of any terrorist useage. They did not count it as a WMD, and they were right because it is only for trench warfare which is an obsolete form of war.

You just keep lying and lying and lying. The Bushies claim which got us into the war were fabricated lies about nuclear program, Anthrax and VX nerve gas. If they had mentioned mustard gas nobody would have given a damn.
