Some of us come here nowadays to sharpen our debating skills. I come here for a bit of R&R. Why would one come here who is so thin-skinned?
Because she really isn't that thin skinned? It's just another of her many constantly changing acts?
You may not have seen the Forever War on Sharks. All about one woman and her perceived insults. Went on for years. Whenever it threatened to die down, she'd throw something in so she once again became the center of attention. And it occurred to me: X has now taken that role.
That woman was once one of X's best online friends, although she vehemently denies it now. (Come on, X, challenge me. You know I can prove it.)
The woman had another close friend who also was a close friend of X's. Another of X's friends who never existed.
And either of them have always been many times as honest as X.
She dishes it out to everyone with her slithery put downs followed by her ignores when you come back at her.

Since i discovered she was X, i have tried to get her to admit her mistake regarding the terrorist and her kids debate we have a year or two ago. She puts me on ignore. This is a big issue to me. I am not for torture but in that extreme case, i think the authoriites and every american for that matter should do anything and everything they can to save her kids.

If there are consequences for beating up a terrorist, i am willing to pay the price.

But X, no way she was and i assume is PROUD to say that in the name of freedom of speech she would be proud to let her kids die.
I believe it. There is a certain screwy consistency to her.
Nothing gets me angrier than this. Ask the other liberals on the thread. I wonder if they would all answer this way and do nothing. I doubt it but who knows anymore.
Some would agree with her, some still see straight and agree with you and I. I too hate to see torture and other unlawful means used, but there are situations where they are justifiable, X or no X.
