At some point CYMI will be a buy. Not yet, though. And another thing
that bothers me is the technology and competitionv move so fast that
we cannot be sure either one of these two thing isn't about to happen:

1. A competitor undercuts Cymer
2. Another company announces a breakthrough that makes DUV
obsolete.

Cymer is risky anyway. With a negative surprise in earnings, it would
get killed and dragged away to be eaten. Remember, the lower stock
price makes the company itself less able to borrow money for expansion
or R&D. Ithink many on this thread are not aware of the peril the
company is in just from the fall of the stock.

I would probably be a buyer in the high teens.
