John,

Re: "I feel the same way about Yousef. I'm sure he knows a lot more about
process control then me ..."

I'm sorry you feel that you need to ignore the technical facts. I have
been very consistent in my statements that AMD is about 1/2 a generation
behind at the .35um node and will probably fall further behind at .25um.
I have even described how we (Intel and AMD) investors can assess the
difference. I firmly believe that this technology difference is what
is driving the problem AMD has in getting customers (especially PC vendors)
to accept the K6 to replace the P5MMX/PII.

You have to face the fact that PC vendors are driven more by future
products/performance versus today's lowest cost CPU. In this area, Intel
has AMD beat "hands down" with their Deschutes/Katmai/Merced roadmap !!
I also believe that Intel's .25um process will produce higher performance/speed
CPU's at better yields than AMD's process !!

Hopefully you will be "open" to the facts ... before AMD stock goes lower.

Make It So,
Yousef
