Rebellion, insurgency - it's the same thing. The only reason we don't call it rebellion is it would make it seem the Iraqi people don't want us there, so, we use the word insurgency since it doesn't have any resonance with our own history.

We're clocking Iraqi deaths at a rate Saddam never achieved. But, our intentions are good!
