10:11PM Cypress Semi sells 7.5 mln SunPower shares (CY) 22.82 -0.29 : Co sold 7,500,000 shares of SunPower Class A common stock in an offering pursuant to Rule 144 of the Securities Act. This sale is expected to settle on May 4, 2007. Following the sale, CY will own 44,533,287 shares of SunPower Corporation Class B common stock.
