I would not disagree that many fund managers are incompetent. It is my assertion, howerver, that managers who have enough vision to realize Intel's importance and potential have vision and are not bothered by events that historically do not correlate with stock performance. The entire technology industry/revolution revolves around INTC. Some can see this, some can't. My money is on those who can.
