DJ Cypress Semi Sells 7.5M SunPower Corp Class A Shares ----------------------------------------------- Dow Jones Real-Time News for Investors 10:23 p.m. 04/30/2007 DOW JONES NEWSWIRES Cypress Semiconductor Corp. (CY) sold 7.5 million Class A SunPower Corp. (SPWR) shares in an offer pursuant to Rule 144 of the Securities Act. The sale is expected to settle Friday. Following the sale, Cypress will own 44.5 million shares of SunPower Class B common stock.
