3 million was WinMob's quarterly number, if i recall correctly. What's troublesome about Ballmer's credibility in this arena is that the overall market will not hit 1.3B in 2007 or 2008 for that matter. And you're right, there's no chance that WinMob gets in 60-80% of those phones.
