People have been complaining about the possible option dilutions. That is wrong.

The executives held very little stocks and in the past, they sold most of the stocks whenever the options were vested. However, this practice stopped since 2007.

I am glad to read in the hardcopy (p 12-13) of the Navteq Proxy Statement for the Annual Meeting of Stockholders that was recently distributed that shows Judson Green - the CEO was entitled to purchase a total 2,094,681 shares NVT - including options to purchase 1,921,473 shares of common stock held by My. Green (Judson) exercisable within 60 days of March 1, 2007.

What an incentive for the CEO to perform !
