You did not give me a ticking bomb. You gave me a guy who turned around on his own and his car blew up. The ticking bomb is the bomb that is out there, and the only way to stop it is to torture someone- a la 24. If you were talking about a non-ticking already exploded bomb and information on THAT, and the people related to it, THEN your article is relevant. See?
