"it costs 13 cent a gallon..." Sounds like Iran. The government there subsidizes the price of gasoline too... (& also under invests in refineries, so they must IMPORT refined gasoline at much HIGHER prices to feed into the subsidized domestic market.) Little jewels of economic logic like that leave me believing that their economies will, in the longer run, under perform ours just as the Soviets did....
