It sounds like you have it both ways. You get the economic driver and don't have to put up with the constant construction and congestion.

And if you ever want to do an intern you can always slip down to Vegas. They run commercials out here on the plains about how everybody is discretely indiscrete in Vegas. It must be Clinton's favorite town.
