Liquidmetal® Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:LQMT) today announced plans to move their corporate offices and research facilities to Rancho Santa Margarita, California. The move comes in the wake of the expiration of the current facilities lease later this spring. A new long-term lease has been signed for offices which will remain in southern California. According to Liquidmetal Technologies President and CEO Larry Buffington, “The new facilities offer an attractive long-term leasing opportunity, coupled with an extremely functional area for both administrative and research needs.” The re-location becomes effective Monday May 14th, 2007. Upon that date the new general office phone number for Liquidmetal Technologies will be 949-635-2100. The new general fax number will be 949-635-2108.
