Despite a strong market today, my three
fake short positions are not in bad shape:

ERTS is down 60 cents so far, JCP is still down
a couple bucks, and NSM is up a couple bits.

However, this certainly doesn't seem like the
right way to make money and it isn't much fun
paper trading these three short positions.
The market certainly isn't falling apart, although
we may yet see that 'sell in my and go away', heh.
May just got started, one up day means nothing.

When I have my dsl hooked up, I might just try
something different--maybe something where I
watch moving averages and all that. Does anybody
really beleive in all that about prices crossing
moving averages? Seems mostly like foolishness.
