Sunny, It seems you are going to have a problem. I just got off the phone with a rep. of Van Wagoner Capitol Mgnt. I explained your claim to them about their firm having dinner with Cymer's CEO. They patently denied that happened. Futhermore, they asked where did I get this information, I then told them Silicon Investor @ Cymer's thread. I just finished emailing them the links to your posts. Sunny, you have bought yourself deep trouble. Their finals words were, that they will pursue this and prosecute. Good luck sunny, you bought this on yourself. You should have shut up and covered your short. Tom
