Are you arguing the suicide bomber is not an effective agent for terrorizing a population? Are YOU arguing that terrorizing Israelis is the Palestinians goal? Like, if they killed every Israeli they would be upset because they could no longer achieve their goal because there would be no one to terrorize? You're being silly. Palestinians aren't all sadists.
