NASDAQ Bulliten Board stocks don't have to report earnings for a period of time I beleive. To be a listed NASDAQ stock you have to be reporting and meet some other guidlines like meeting a minimum of float shares, trade for over $1, I beleive, etc. The NASDAQ web site has the guidelines. This stock IS frustrating, and I'm glad I've yet to invest in it. But at these prices, it is tempting since the downside seems minimal.
