I have finally, put the pieces together...Apparently Mork Dempsey was aware of the difficulties that The PREVIOUS OVIS's management was having and started to short the stock very effectively.

However, Mr Dempsey did not envision a capable manager taking the company over working only for stock and turning the company around. Mr. Dempsey got greedy and tried to short the stock into oblivion.

Who would beleve that a group of 150 shareholders would by all the oustanding shares and call the certs? So, Mr. Dempsey continues to short OVIS out of busness.

Now, Mr. Dempsey has the walls falling down on him from several directions....1.) He gets sued by the current management of OVIS(SQUEEZE!)
2.) The shareholders hold steady and continue to call in certs on a daily basis. (SQUEEZE!!!!!)
3.) OVIS announces merger deal and likely listing on AMEX.(SQUEEZE!!!!!!!!!)

So, Mr. Dempsey will do anything leagal or illegal to destroy OVIS and its shareholders to save his shirt.
