USSE: Per the agent at Signature Stock Transfer in Plano, TX, the 1:1 dividend distribution to shareholders of record was forwarded to the DTCC today, who in turn will distribute it to the brokerages of record, who in turn will deposit the shares to your account in a day or so if you meet the qualifying ownership period. google.com John :-) .
