So many excesses - where to start? How 'bout sanctions for the hearing judge for even hearing a case where his client was the complainant? mph, what say you?

BTW, we get a couple of the zero-tolerance-run-amok cases in GA every year. On the absurdity scale, this one doesn't even rank that high.

Of course, we also have the kid who's doing ten years for betting a BJ at a party from a sophomore from his HS when he was a senior. He was 17, she was 15. Had he just gone ahead boinked her, it would've been a misdemeanor. Instead, he gets felony child molestation and a life on the sex offender registry. The DA and judge decided to make an example of him because he wouldn't plea out like two or three other guys at the same party and take a two or three year sentence.
