insidertrader.com careful, as there are similar urls with different content. That was the average price per stock and it certainly looked to me as if he told the broker what he wanted to net ($18k) rather than how much to sell. As we know, sells are tougher to interpret (e.g., tuition, vacation)than buys. ciao, dougo
