The original cartel list is held by me and me alone. I do not count any one after 22 August as being on my list. Note that I stopped my search for shareholders when we had to call the certificates on 22 Aug. 1997, I closed my list to outsiders to preserve it's integrity. Also note that the merger ONLY adds shares to the total outstanding and the Rule 144 legend and not the public float. So my numbers are still correct!

Shares held by my original cartel members is 2,843,078 OVIS shares, this places approx (1,243,078) shares over the LEGAL limit for the OVIS public float.
So you see I know of at least 1.2 million naked shorts on the OVIS market, and this is from my private list of shareholders and does not incluse many here on SI and AOL and other message boards. This is what has the nays out in force trying to get loose share shook free. But the original cartel are all in under a $1and could care less if the MM's dropped the price down, as we will continue to buy more and add to our numbers.
