Does anyone know what the merger means in terms of stock price? The stock doesn't seem to go up very much. Is it because no one can really interpret much until more is known about this Tri-Star Company? I am confused. First a negative stock split and now JAVA acquiring a medical company in exchange for the medical company controlling JAVA? I am confused. I am not that intelligent about these kinds of deals. Someone help me out. Would you hold or sell at this point? Thanks in advance
