That evolution question was a stunner. Boy, no kidding. The entire debate was a stunner for me. I was absolutely flabbergasted at the extreme right position by most. The Shivo question for instance; almost all of them favored the government getting involved! The obvious grip the fundamentalist christians have on the republican party is shocking. The unelectable Ron Paul, who expressed many old Republican views, sounded like he was from a different planet. He was a refreshing voice and had by far the most positive ratings after the debate. Republicans are going to get creamed if they don't wise up to where mainstream America is. steve
